DISTINGUISHED GUESTS

We will be very grateful for your cooperation in observing the following regulations, which serve to ensure a pleasant, peaceful and safe stay of our guests.

Regulations

§1 Subject matter

These Regulations specify the terms and conditions of short-term rentals at Klif Resort - furnished and equipped flats located in Mechelinki at 28 Klifowa Street.
Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Regulations.

§2 Check-in time

1. The flat is rented for the day.

2. minimum stay: 2 to 7 nights, depending on the date

Check-in starts at 16.00 and ends at 10.00 the following day.

§3 Reservation and check-in

A booking constitutes a rental agreement which comes into effect on condition of payment for the service. The agreement concluded between Klif Resort and the person renting is a short-term rental agreement (it is not a "hotel service") and covers only the rental of the flat. Our Guests may book flats in the following way:

  1. Through the online booking system, which is located on the website www.klif-resort.pl. Failure to make a reservation payment means cancellation of the reservation after the specified time by the reservation system.
  2. By sending an e-mail to rezerwacja@klif-resort.pl or by phone on 500 28 11 11. You will then receive a special offer with the cost of your stay and bank details to which payment should be made. Lack of payment within the specified period means cancellation of the reservation.
  3. Through booking portals where the Klif Resort offer is available.

2 The booking is considered confirmed once payment has been made and the booking confirmation has been received.

(3) A deposit paid after the specified date will reinstate the reservation, provided we have the flat available.

(4) A change of booking is possible only with the consent of Klif Resort if the same or another flat is available and can be offered to the Client. In such a case, the change is not subject to additional fee. When rebooking is not possible and the Client withdraws from the agreement, cancels the reservation or fails to meet the agreement (fails to arrive), Klif Resort is entitled to deduct the whole fee for the stay.

If the guest wishes to extend his/her stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, he/she must report it by 5 p.m. on the day before he/she leaves the flat. Extension of the stay will be granted to the extent possible.

6 In case of early departure or late arrival, Klif Resort will not refund the money for the unused stay.

7 Klif Resort has the right to cancel or change a reservation only in case of events beyond Klif Resort's control (breakdown or other random event). Reservation change consists in making available another flat of a similar standard in the same location. In case the Guest does not agree to the substitute flat, the agreement is terminated and Klif Resort is obliged to return the whole amount paid.

(8) The guest may not transfer the flat to other persons, even if the period for which he or she has paid for the stay has not expired.

9. the flat will be handed over to the person specified in the booking, at the time of check-in he or she should have an identity document accepted as such in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The person renting must be an adult as defined by Polish law and the person renting takes legal and material responsibility for the persons staying during their stay.

The Landlord reserves the right not to provide keys by an authorised person to persons under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants or behaving aggressively and thus posing an immediate threat to other persons and property.

11. the check-out takes place in the flat on the day the Guest leaves it, with or without the presence of our representative, in which case the Guest agrees to verify the condition of the flat after leaving it.

§4 Payment terms

1. schedule of payments:

- 50% value of the cost of your stay and within 48 hours of booking,
- Surcharge of 100% for the cost of stay 7 days prior to arrival.

2. cancellation costs:

Summer season: 15.06 - 31.08
a) up to 14 days before arrival: 50% cost of stay;
b) 7 days and less: 100% cost of stay;
Outside the summer season:
a) up to 14 days before arrival: 30% cost of stay;
(b) up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the cost of your stay;
c) 7 days and less: 100% cost of stay;
Up to 7 days before the planned arrival, it is possible to postpone the stay to another available date free of charge.

(3) Klif Resort has the right to charge additional fees for damage caused intentionally, by omission or negligence.

(4) The Visitor may make payment in one of the following ways:

  1. By direct transfer to Klif Resort's bank account
  2. By electronic transfer - through the payment system on the booking site
  3. By payment card - through the payment system on the website
  4. Securing with a payment or credit card

(5) All prices are in PLN and include the currently applicable VAT.

(6) The fee does not include additional services

Climate tax is not included in the cost of the stay, the guest is obliged to pay it on arrival.

If the Guest wishes, we can issue an invoice, provided that such a request has been made and the invoicing details have been provided.

§5 Rules of using the flat

1.There is a ban on holding parties in the flat

2. the curfew is from 22:00 to 07:00

3. smoking of tobacco products and use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited in the flats and common areas.

The wellness area (sauna, jacuzzi, massage) is available at an extra cost and by prior reservation.

5 Staying with animals is possible only after notification to and with the consent of Klif Resort and after accepting the regulations for staying with an animal.

6. the flat can not accommodate more people than registered during the reservation. Visitors who are not registered may stay in the apartment from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

(7) The Guest undertakes to use the flat in accordance with its purpose, not to remove any elements of its equipment or decoration from the flat.

The guest is obliged to secure the flat during his/her absence by closing windows and doors, switching off devices that may pose a fire hazard.

(9) The flat may not be used other than for residential purposes and, in particular, to carry out any activity therein.
The above provisions do not apply to discreet business meetings held in the flat, provided that there are no signs of the flat being used to host clients, which should be announced in advance.

§6 Responsibilities of Guests

1.All defects, visible damage must be reported immediately upon taking possession of the flat. Failure to report damage will result in the payment of the repair costs. Damage, shortages, equipment failures reported will be checked and determined by an employee whether they were damaged before or occurred during the current rental.

The Guest bears material responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by him or his visitors. The Guest should report the damage immediately after its discovery.

For safety reasons, minors should be under constant supervision of their legal guardians on Klif Resort premises. Guardians shall bear full responsibility for minors.

(4) The Lessee is obliged to maintain and return the flat in its present condition, which includes in particular leaving dishes and kitchen utensils washed before departure. In the event that the flat is left in a significantly soiled condition which will require more work than standard, Klif Resort reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee calculated individually.

§7 Responsibility "Klif Resort"

1. In case of gross violation of the rules by a guest, Klif Resort has the right to withdraw from the agreement with immediate effect.

2 "Klif Resort" shall not be liable for:

- things left in the flat,

- loss of or damage to things in the flat by persons staying there,

- damage to objects caused by sudden events (e.g. breakdowns).

3. "Klif Resort" may charge a fee for additional services.

(4) "Klif Resort" may refuse to accept a Guest who, during the previous stay, grossly violated the rules and regulations, causing damage to property or personal injury to another Guest, employee or otherwise disrupting the peaceful stay of Guests or obstructing the work of employees.

§8 Additional services and facilities

(1) In the event of complaints regarding the quality of service, the Guest is requested to report them as soon as possible so that we can respond immediately.

2 Klif Resort provides:

- conditions for full and unrestricted rest of Guests,

- cleaning of the flat, change of bed linen and towels every 7 days,

- Free parking space,

- free wi-fi.

3. Klif Resort allows additional services according to the price list.

§9 Additional information

1. parking on the premises is unguarded.

There is a video surveillance system installed in the facility. The monitoring system serves to improve the safety of Guests.

Personal belongings left by the departing Guest in the flat will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at his/her expense. In the absence of such a disposition, Klif Resort will store these items for 1 month.

§10 Personal data protection RODO

1 In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, we inform you that the controller of your personal data is ,,Klif Resort".

(2) Data collected for the purposes of providing flat rental services will be processed for the period specified in the provisions of law, and in the case of data collected on the basis of consent, until it is revoked.

(3) Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to provide the service/contract.

§11 Disputes

The law applicable to the disputes between the Lessor and the client is the Polish law. Any disputes shall be settled amicably, and in case of failure to reach an agreement in court. In the scope not regulated in these regulations the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
